Our Club is based in Fleet Hampshire and its name comes from Fleet Pond which in Anglo-Saxon times was known as Fogelmersh or Fugelmere which was the habitat of water fowl and other birds.

According to its constitution, the Aims and Objects are "To promote fellowship among members by holding a monthly luncheon meeting and by promoting other activities".

Membership is open to men aged 60 or over, or who have partially or fully retired from professional or business activities and are resident in Fleet or the surrounding district.

Meetings are normally held at 12 noon for 1 pm at the Lismoyne Hotel, Fleet, on the 2nd Monday of each month.

Updated for the 2016/17 season are the officers, meeting speakers and other events.
